One of our specialties is the wire drawing of precision wires. We work with a wide range of alloys (stainless steels, nickel alloys, etc.), reducing the wire diameter from 0.60 mm down to less than 0.070 mm. This cold transformation is achieved by progressively reducing the wire's cross-section through a series of dies immersed in a lubricant.  The quality of the drawn wire depends on several parameters: the choice of the raw material, its manufacturing process, and the treatments applied beforehand.  Intermediate heat treatments are often necessary to ensure optimal performance.

In addition, we also offer  precision rolling services, enabling the production of wires with specific cross-sections tailored to the most demanding requirements.
